This really is a (re)new(ed) Domino's! We ordered from Domino's all the time when I was a kid. Friday nights were pizza night in my house and they were one of few places that would par-bake a cheese pizza for us. Why would we want it that way? Because then we would get all kinds of crazy creative at home adding our own toppings. PVPV way back in the day used to have a PTSO discount card & you could get a large cheese pizza for $3.99 (unheard of today), so with three of those puppies our Friday nights were set. And they made delicious subs too. Meatball & Phily Cheesesteak were definitely my favorites. Then something happened. Or should I say something didn't happen. Domino's really fell out of the market and their pizza fell off the enjoyability chart. I really didn't ever go to Domino's for about 15 years. They wised up. They revamped their dough. They improved their ingredients and they really put out a good - if not better - product compared to some of the other pizza delivery places. We don't usually get it delivered as it's barely over a mile from our house and/or on my husband's way home from work. The few times we've had it delivered, they've been quick and courteous.

I just found out why every buffalo chicken pizza I order has almost no buffalo sauce, and every hot wing order has the wrong dipping sauce: they allow employees to carry out puerile vendettas against customers they have known personally in the past. The joyous shouts of my street's name from the employees working in the kitchen. I guess I'll have to avoid calling on Saturdays around 6.
